The multi-storey car park is open 24 hours and has designated disabled blue badge parking bays and payment of the car park tariff is required before you exit.
The multi-storey car park has an accessible walkway that takes you directly to the SEC. Lifts are available to gain access to each level of the carpark as well as for exiting and entering the car park walkway.

Yes, you may leave and re-enter the venue during the event, as long as you present your ticket for scanning each time.
Yes, ATM facilities are available on the SEC concourse. SEC venues operate a cashless system. They will only accept contactless or card payments at the box office, food & drink outlets, merchandise sales points and cloakroom.
Yes - the Wi-Fi is called "SEC Public Wi-Fi" and is not password protected. We do not recommend using this to view sensitive information, as it is a public Wi-Fi network.

Visitors can purchase tickets via our website. You can also head to our kiosks during event hours to buy tickets. These are located at the main entrance of Hall 4.

We warmly welcome visitors with disabilities to Deck The Halls. People with disabilities (including wheelchair users, non-wheelchair and all other registered disabilities) should purchase a ticket for themselves via the standard online ticket portal here.
Every disabled ticket holder is entitled to a free ticket for a carer. Once you have purchased your ticket please forward a copy of the ticket to the organisers at elves@deckthehallsshow.com and they will acknowledge receipt and keep a note of your name to pass to registration staff at the event. A carer pass will then be handed to your designated carer at point of entry.
Please note all public entrances allow for access by wheelchair via level flooring and automatic doors. Once inside the venue, all floors are level offering unobstructed access. For full details on access please see the SEC website here.
The organisers of Deck The Halls welcome all correctly trained Guide and assistance dogs. Whilst we understand that it is not a legal requirement for assistance dog owners to carry identification we encourage the owners to bring their dogs wearing an item that identifies them as an assistance dog (a harness, coat or collar) and if possible, the owner should also bring any supporting printed material such as a recognised Assistance Dog ID card.
Yes, children are welcome at the Deck The Halls Show. However, please note that the event does not include child-specific activities. We encourage parents or guardians to consider their child’s needs when planning their visit.
Yes, cloakroom facilities are available on the main concourse of the SEC Centre. Items can be stored for the duration of the event at a cost of £3 per item, per day.
Please be aware that items cannot be stored overnight.
Yes, a selection of food and drink options will be available on site. We recommend that visitors with specific dietary requirements bring suitable alternatives, as on-site offerings may be limited in accommodating all dietary needs.
Yes, absolutely! If you already have a comp ticket, you can still join in on our workshops.
Simply visit our Workshop Schedule on the Deck the Halls website and click ‘Book Now’ on the session you’d like to attend. This will bypass the main ticket purchase and allow you to book directly onto your chosen workshop.
